BIM IMPLEMENTATION IN THE PERALTA ARQUITECTOS ARCHITECTURE STUDIO.

The case of Peralta Arquitectos is one of the biggest success stories for the firm in terms of BIM implementation in architecture studios.

After years of crisis, undergoing a situation of generational change and faced with the demand from a real estate developer to use the BIM methodology in what was the studio's most important job in recent years, with the help of Apogea the team courageously started a process of change that will mark the direction of the firm in the coming years.

After the analysis of the starting situation from the four main levers of the BIM methodology (Strategy, Processes, Systems and People), an implementation plan was developed to respond to the client's requirements and, at the same time, to bring about a profound change in the organisation that would position it as a benchmark in the use of BIM on the Costa del Sol.

The Apogea team executed the plan, trained the team and helped two generations of architects (two worlds that needed to successfully face the new challenges) in the integration towards this new reality. In addition, our team accompanied the studio throughout the design process and through the process of coordination with the facilities and structural engineering companies that participated in the project, which guaranteed the fulfilment of the deliverables at the highest level of quality.
