At present, the early stages of the design process are still limited to techniques based on putting a concept sketch on paper. Until now, architects have had to turn that concept into a design through a drawing process or, a method widely promoted across the world in recent years, through the modeling of virtual prototypes with BIM software (building information modeling). Although this kind of technology brings major improvements, it is still an expensive method when it comes to evaluating the various alternatives in the early stages so, at a conceptual design level, the BIM model is not being widely used.

With Graphoo, the conceptual design of buildings becomes a simple, intuitive and quick process that allows architects and/or public and private developers to assess design alternatives in the early stages by minimizing risks, evaluating costs and reducing the initial outlay.
